In our tests, a Three Runner plastic pallet with eight steel pipes added to a shelf has a load capacity of 1000kg, and the measured deflection value is only 11mm, fully meeting the national standard of 30mm. This also meets the industry standard of less than 20mm for automated warehouses.

The load capacity of plastic pallets is the most critical factor, as most applications involve shelves or automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS). If the deflection value of the plastic pallet is lower than the customer’s requirements, it will cause significant losses during all mechanized operations.
